payroll as of November 1998. Instructional personnel include
classroom teachers, curriculum specialists, teachers on special
assignment, audiologists, and other instructional staff. Specialists
are comprised of two distinct groups of personnel: individuals who
have received their Specialist's Degree after receiving their
Master's Degree; and individuals who have obtained 36 semester hours
of graduate credit after receiving their Master's Degree.
